FAQ's

1. How to open an account with Intamarque?

Following your first contact with us you will be asked to complete a New Account Form. If you are based inside the European Union you will also be asked to send a copy of your VAT and Company Registration documents. These are required by HM Revenue and Customs in the UK.

2. How long does it take to open an account?

Usually it takes between 1-3 days and you will receive a letter confirming your account terms.

3. How do I place an order?

You can place an order either by email, by telephone or on our online store. Please provide our product codes where possible as this will speed up delivery of your order. You will receive an order confirmation for you to check before dispatch.

4. What is the minimum order I can place?

Our minimum order is GBP 3000.00.

4. How long does it take to deliver my order?

Usually within 3-7 days. If stock needs to be ordered in you will be advised of the lead time accordingly.

5. What are the payment terms?

Credit facilities are available subject to status. We use Dun & Bradstreet to perform credit checks and advise accordingly.

6. How does the pricing work?

Our pricing is based on orders of large quantities but special discounts may be available for some products ordered in pallet quantities. Pricing is subject to change E+OE.

7. What if I have a complaint?

In the first instance please contact your Sales Representitive with the issue. If you are still unhappy please email enquiries@intamarque.com and address your email to Stephen Shortt - Commercial Director who will address your issue.
